Proposed large scale residential development comprising of various types of semi-detached, detached, townhouses, apartments on landscaped grounds with créche. Model contains large amounts of entourage and detail to show the proposal in context with the beautiful surroundings. An accurate terrain model was generated which shows the sloping nature and the resulting effect of the development following the terrain. Over 20 high resolution images including aerials and montages were generated for marketing purposes. Also, various images of each building types was created to aid in finite design matters and material selection.
